Hi! I'm Amy, a human-centered and planet conscious designer.
I am passionate about increasing access to STEAM education and creating life-changing immersive experiences. I aim to co-design meaningful change with under-served communities to spark solutions that are “of, by and for” those communities. I am an adaptable professional, an empathetic leader, a curious tinkerer, and an enthusiastic facilitator.

Deeply rooted systemic issues in our communities will only be solved by upholding members of the community as the main authorities for change. Co-design and Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) are valuable tools for unleashing the power of voices that are routinely ignored
or silenced.

Being a designer enables me to work my interdisciplinary muscles in service of others. I love learning new skills and diving into a wide variety of projects and challenges.

Going from biology to design showed me that when working at a human level, people are much less predictable and far more complex than even the most intricate proteins we are made of.
